Are you interested in the exhibition? Then have an interesting walk on our nature trail, which leads through centuries of historic forestry. Have a look on ancient tools and equipment and learn more about the utilisation of the forest in former times.

But what would be the wood without its animals? In the so-called House of Animals you will find animals of the Nuernberg forest, and you will look at them from close up.
Also for our younger visitors we offer diversified and interesting possibilities: In the outdoor area the kids can romp around. Enjoy our forest labyrinth, the pathways, where you can walk barefoot and feel the forest and the forest ground, or our huge pit.
